Arun is a leading expert in driving cost savings and emissions reductions in the industrial sector. Under his leadership, Skyven has developed a revolutionary high-temperature heat pump that delivers industrial steam at lower cost and emissions than boilers. He has driven deployment of this tech through an Energy-as-a-Service model, mobilizing over $300 million with no upfront capital required from customers. His work has supported over $200 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Energy, the National Science Foundation, and other distinguished institutions. Arun holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas.

Jacob is a mechanical engineer and technology leader with 20+ years of experience leading innovation in industrial heating and cooling systems.

Previously, Jacob co-founded Zephyr, where he invented an ultra-high-efficiency air conditioning technology. Earlier, at Tesla, he designed the high-efficiency cooling system for Tesla Gigafactory Nevada. Jacob holds a BS and SM in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and MIT, respectively.

Ben has over 17 years of experience in hardware engineering. He brought Skyven’s Intelligent Mirror Array (IMA) technology from concept to production, overseeing IMA design, sourcing, manufacturing, and installation. Before joining Skyven, Ben led manufacturing for over $30 million in packaging as a Senior Package Engineer at Mary Kay. He holds a BS in Engineering from Michigan State University.

With over 20 years of experience as a management consultant at Accenture, finance leader at the Gates Foundation, and financial advisor at startups and nonprofits, Andri’s skillset spans diverse industries and geographies. He is an experienced finance leader who has managed portfolios of investments for R&D and implementation scale-up greater than $1 billion and negotiated investments of up to $200 million. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich.

Giang brings over ten years of experience managing business operations and UX Design in the United States and internationally, including delivering SaaS for Boeing aerial maps. She leads software design and integration at Skyven. Giang holds an MBA and BS in information technology and a Project Management Professional certification.

Courtney has over seven years of experience in industrial engineering and program and project management, with a focus on industrial decarbonization. As Chief of Staff at Skyven Technologies, she helps drive company strategy, cross functional alignment and project execution. She has previous experience as a project engineer at Zeeco managing multimillion-dollar domestic and international projects. Courtney holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and was a goalkeeper for the University of Tulsa women’s soccer team.

Julian Parra is an award-winning chemical engineer and Fellow of IChemE, with extensive experience leading energy transition and decarbonization projects in the renewable energy and biorefining industries. He successfully directed a first-of-its-kind electrification project that reduced natural gas consumption by 35% at one of Europe’s most advanced biorefineries. Julian brings deep expertise in complex, innovative projects to Skyven, helping drive industrial decarbonization and energy security.

Tom has more than 14 years of experience as an energy efficiency engineer, focusing on solutions for industrial energy efficiency. He is well-versed in aligning corporate- and plant-level priorities to deliver solutions that work for all stakeholders. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and is a Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers.

Juliette works across capital strategy, policy advocacy, and communications at Skyven. She has secured over $160 million in state and federal funding, advanced Skyven’s engagement with state agencies and Congressional offices, and built partnerships with industry and policy organizations.

Previously, Juliette spent over seven years conducting and communicating scientific research, with numerous first-author publications and conference presentations. She holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.

Spencer has over 15 years of engineering and operations management leadership experience in the HVAC, manufacturing, and construction industries. He has previous experience in HVAC product development, program management of large capital investments, and operational excellence transformation. He holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in corporate finance.

Marcell brings 15+ years of experience in corporate finance, commercial operations, and entrepreneurial leadership across Europe and the United States. He spent seven years at GE in senior finance and operations roles spanning Europe, Russia/CIS, and the U.S., before serving as CEO of Hilbert Paradox, a digital health company he led to a strategic acquisition in 2018. He has since co-founded ventures in fintech and capital advisory, and led executive reporting and AI initiatives for major European industrial companies. At Skyven, Marcell drives commercial expansion across European industrial markets. He holds an MSc in International Business from Tilburg University and is fluent in Dutch, English, and German.

Ken brings over 30 years of legal experience to Skyven, including time spent as senior in-house counsel at SoCalGas and Sempra Energy. His roots in the energy sector run deep, and he has executed billions of dollars in project financing for a variety of emerging green energy technologies. Ken holds a BSFS and JD from Georgetown University and Columbia Law School, respectively.

Lam has over 11 years of experience in software development, system architecture, and artificial intelligence, with additional experience in SCADA systems, DevOps practices, industrial automation, and industrial network infrastructure. He has worked closely with cross-functional technical and management teams to design, build, and deploy scalable systems and products. Lam holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and certifications in AWS, Azure, and CCNA.

Tu has over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, specializing in both manual and automation testing. She is dedicated to ensuring high-quality software delivery through effective defect prevention, improved user experience, and continuous product quality optimization. She holds a BS in Informatic Economics and is ISTQB Advanced Level certified, including Test Manager, Test Analyst, and Technical Test Analyst certifications, as well as certified in ISTQB AI Testing.

Thanh has over ten years of experience in software development and a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and banking services industry. He is a highly skilled front-end engineer, spearheading IT projects that generated significant data-driven outcomes benefiting companies in the Automotive, Banking and Finance, Logistics and transportation, Utilities, and more industries.

Phuoc has over seven years of experience architecting digital transformations. He constantly seeks innovative solutions to technical problems. He is proficient in Java, .NET, JavaScript, and Python and holds a BS in Information Technology.

Nam is a high-performing Software Engineer with nearly 4 years of expertise, specializing in the Java/Spring Boot ecosystem. He has a proven track record in developing scalable backend services, microservices architecture, and integrating with Big Data frameworks like Apache Spark. He is an expert in optimizing system performance through AQE tuning, resource management, and specialized time-series databases (TDengine). Nam’s versatile full-stack capabilities include ReactJS, Node.js, and Python, focused on delivering clean, maintainable, and high-concurrency solutions.

Jace graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2020 with a Biochemistry degree. He has since worked in the industrial utilities sector for companies like SUEZ WTS and Spirax Sarco. Recently, he focused on thermal energy solutions, helping customers achieve sustainability goals while maintaining productivity and profitability.

Katey has over six years of experience as a modeling and simulation engineer, having both modeled numerous ground systems and run launch operations simulations for NASA’s Artemis program. Her primary project for Artemis was designing, building, and maintaining dynamic models of the temperature control subsystems. She holds a BS in Physics from Truman State University and an MS in Applied Physics from Johns Hopkins University.

Sasa is a mechanical engineer with over 25 years of experience spanning fluid mechanics, HVAC, plumbing, hydronic systems, fire protection, manufacturing, and process piping. With experience in both design offices and onsite environments, Sasa brings a practical, results-oriented approach to engineering challenges. He has contributed to major capital projects and specializes in project execution, cost estimation, construction supervision, and design methodologies like Design for Assembly (DFA) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). He holds P. Eng and IntPE designations and Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering.

Ryan has over two decades of experience leading product engineering, development, and commercialization efforts across the maritime, utility, and industrial sectors, including execution of major technical programs valued at up to $100 million. His expertise spans electrical engineering and HVAC/R systems, with a focus on integrating complex technologies into reliable, market-ready solutions. He holds a BS in HVAC and Refrigeration Engineering.

Thao has more than five years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Her work involves both manual software testing and automation testing.

Brad has over seven years of experience in electrical engineering. He is the workhorse behind Skyven’s Intelligent Mirror Array (IMA) technology controls, and his capabilities include algorithm and full-stack software development, embedded engineering, and IOT. Brad holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Adam has over seven years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. He is responsible for bringing Skyven’s Intelligent Mirror Array (IMA) technology from an early-stage prototype to pilot manufacturing. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Rafael has over five years of drafting experience, including work on hard tech product development as part of Skyven’s hardware team. He utilizes his education and experience to execute everything from prototype modeling and fabrication to testing and validation. He holds a degree in Drafting and Design Technology.

Kyla has over eight years of human resources experience in the education and nonprofit sectors. She brings a wealth of administrative experience to Skyven and provides overarching support for day-to-day operations including hiring and onboarding, accounting and grant administration, and legal assistance.
