Arun is a leading expert on industrial decarbonization, with 8+ years experience architecting solutions that have saved customers over 100,000 MT CO2e. Arun has lead his team to win over $20M in funding on behalf of industrial clients and is today recognized by the NSF and other distinguished institutions for excellence in clean energy.

Jacob has over ten years of experience solving large-scale thermal problems and designing energy-efficient solutions. As co-founder and CTO of Zephyr, he invented an ultra-high-efficiency air conditioner technology. Previously, at Tesla, Jacob designed the low-energy/low-water-consuming factory cooling system at Tesla Gigafactory Nevada. He holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University and MIT, respectively.

Jim brings over 25 years of experience leading sales strategy and execution for large multinationals, most recently at Baker Hughes. He brings expertise in mega-project sales (order volumes greater than $5 billion), in energy, oil & gas, and more. Jim holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, and served in the US Army following graduation from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Ben has over 17 years of experience in hardware engineering. He brought Skyven’s Intelligent Mirror Array (IMA) technology from concept to production, overseeing IMA design, sourcing, manufacturing, and installation. Before joining Skyven, Ben led manufacturing for over $30 million in packaging as a Senior Package Engineer at Mary Kay. He holds a BS in Engineering from Michigan State University.

Mike has over 20 years of experience in systems integration, process engineering, project management, corporate strategy and operations at large scale industrial facilities. Mike began his career at the Boeing Company as a systems engineer integrating mechanical and electrical systems for space and aircraft. Following that he worked for the Wonderful Company implementing large-scale capital projects and then, once installed, overseeing the ongoing operations and maintenance. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Aerospace Engineering – both from Stanford University.

With over 20 years of experience as a management consultant at Accenture, finance leader at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and financial advisor at startups and nonprofits, Andri’s skill set spans diverse industries and geographies. He is an experienced finance leader who has managed portfolios of investments for R&D and delivery scale-up greater than $1 billion and negotiated investments of up to $200 million. He holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering from ETH Zurich.

Giang brings over ten years of experience managing business operations and UX Design in the United States and internationally, including delivering SaaS for Boeing aerial maps. She leads software design and integration at Skyven. Giang holds an MBA and BS in information technology and a Project Management Professional certification.

Chris has over 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development for industrial equipment and energy projects. He brings a wealth of leadership experience to Skyven, having led innovation teams and projects in energy transition, emerging markets, and more. Chris holds a Bachelors and Masters of Marketing from Clemson University.

Tom has more than ten years of experience as an energy efficiency engineer, focusing on solutions for industrial energy efficiency. He is well-versed in aligning corporate- and plant-level priorities to deliver solutions that work for all stakeholders. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering, a Professional Engineer license, and is a Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers.

Joel is an experienced management professional, with over 15 years of consulting in the construction industry and deep expertise in project management and strategy. He has held roles in consulting and international dispute resolution at both Secretariat and Deloitte. Joel holds a BS in Construction Engineering Management and a Project Management Professional certification. He is fluent in Spanish.

Spencer has over 15 years of engineering and operations management leadership experience in the HVAC, manufacturing, and construction industries. He has previous experience in HVAC product development, program management of large capital investments, and operational excellence transformation. He holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in corporate finance.

Ken brings over 30 years of legal experience to Skyven, including time spent as senior in-house counsel at SoCalGas and Sempra Energy. His roots in the energy sector run deep, and he has executed billions of dollars in project financing for a variety of emerging green energy technologies. Ken holds a BSFS and JD from Georgetown University and Columbia Law School, respectively.

Courtney has over five years of experience in industrial engineering, including previous work at Zeeco as a project engineer specializing in industrial combustion. She has worked with both domestic and international clients to manage projects with a combined value of $30 million. Courtney holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and was a goalkeeper for the women’s soccer team at the University of Tulsa.

Juliette has over seven years of experience in writing and communicating science, with numerous first-author publications and conference presentations regarding her research on fuel cell materials. At Skyven, she has led and won grant applications totaling over $11 million in state funding. Juliette holds a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Texas at Austin.

Lam has over 11 years of experience in software, system design, and artificial intelligence. He is an experienced team leader, working with technical and management teams to develop and launch new products. Lam holds a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, as well as certifications in AWS, Azure, and CCNA.

Tu has over seven years of experience in the Information Technology industry, working in both manual and automation testing. She is responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications, including reducing bugs, improving user experiences, and optimizing product quality. She holds a BS in Informatic Economics.

Thanh has over ten years of experience in software development and a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and banking services industry. He is a highly skilled front-end engineer, spearheading IT projects that generated significant data-driven outcomes benefiting companies in the Automotive, Banking and Finance, Logistics and transportation, Utilities, and more industries.

Phuoc has over seven years of experience architecting digital transformations. He constantly seeks innovative solutions to technical problems. He is proficient in Java, .NET, JavaScript, and Python and holds a BS in Information Technology.

Nam is an adept software engineer with experience in the field of full stack software development. He is skilled in full stack development using JavaScript, Python, PHP and Java. Nam holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering and is certified in ReactJs and NodeJs.

Jace graduated from Olivet Nazarene University in 2020 with a Biochemistry degree. He has since worked in the industrial utilities sector for companies like SUEZ WTS and Spirax Sarco. Recently, he focused on thermal energy solutions, helping customers achieve sustainability goals while maintaining productivity and profitability.

Sasa has over 25 years of engineering and leadership with experience in Fluid Mechanics, HVAC, plumbing, Hydronic systems, fire protection, manufacturing, filtration systems (MBR, ION exchange etc.) and Power and Process piping. His commitment to engineering excellence is reflected in his many contributions to large capital projects, as well as his experience in project handling, material usage variance, manufacturing and maintenance estimation, construction supervision, DFA, DFM and specification development. Sasa holds a P.Eng, IntPE, as well as a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering.

Steven is a Supply Chain Management Professional with over 22 years of experience in manufacturing, construction, and aerospace environments. An outdoor enthusiast and supply chain manager, Steven merges a love for adventure with the art of efficient resource management. He is CPSM Certified and a holds a BS in Business Administration from Weber State University.

Ryan has more than 25 years of experience in product engineering, development, and commercialization for the HVAC and refrigeration industry. He is an experienced engineering leader with deep knowledge of electrical engineering, leveraging his skills to execute on large contracts of up to $100 million. Ryan holds a BS in HVAC and Refrigeration Engineering.

Brad has over seven years of experience in electrical engineering. He is the workhorse behind Skyven’s Intelligent Mirror Array (IMA) technology controls, and his capabilities include algorithm and full-stack software development, embedded engineering, and IOT. Brad holds a degree in Electrical Engineering.

Chelsi is a certified HR Professional with over 7 years of progressive experience across e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, and legal industries. With this blend of experience and expertise, she ensures innovative and effective HR solutions for Skyven Technologies. Chelsi holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) credential and a certificate in People Analytics from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) obtained in 2021 and 2023, respectively.

Rishi has 5 years of experience in finance, strategy, and capital markets, including in industrial software and technology. He previously worked at Samsara, a high-growth industrial hardware and software company, in its finance and strategy team. Before that he was part of Morgan Stanley’s global technology investment banking group, helping leading technology companies raise capital and execute M&A transactions. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago where he was a Dougan Scholar at the Booth School of Business.

Steve holds a mechanical engineering degree from Rose Hulman Institute of Technology and has over 40 years of project management experience in the chemicals, oil & gas and industrial sectors. He spent over 30 years with Dupont followed by stints with Willbros, Jacobs, CH2M Hill, Albemarle and Clearshift. He and his wife now live in Soldotna, Alaska where he enjoys his off time fishing, hiking, and spending time with some of his 7 children and 12 grandchildren.

Adam has over seven years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. He is responsible for bringing Skyven’s Intelligent Mirror Array (IMA) technology from an early-stage prototype to pilot manufacturing. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Rafael has over four years of drafting experience, including work on hard tech product development as part of Skyven’s hardware team. He utilizes his education and experience to execute everything from prototype modeling and fabrication to testing and validation. He holds a degree in Drafting and Design Technology.

Lauren has over five years of experience in sustainable and renewable energy systems, focusing on the energy efficiency sector. Her previous work included assisting a diverse array of customers in identifying energy savings projects and utility incentives at Franklin Energy. She holds a BS in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Systems.

Tanen has over seven years of experience in industrial power generation, covering everything from system design to commissioning. He has extensive design experience, and specializes in steam, control and lube oil, chemical metering, and cooling water systems. Tanen holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering.

Kyla has over eight years of human resources experience in the education and nonprofit sectors. She brings a wealth of administrative experience to Skyven and provides overarching support for day-to-day operations including hiring and onboarding, accounting and grant administration, and legal assistance.
